Provider and acceptance
Banked is provided by Wolf March Inc. (“Wolf March,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using Banked, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable terms. If you do not agree, do not use Banked.
Using Banked
Banked is a self-help and recovery-support tool intended to help people stop gambling. It does not enable wagering. You are responsible for using the app lawfully and for the information you enter.
Not treatment or emergency care
Banked is not medical advice, diagnosis, therapy, financial advice, emergency care, or a substitute for professional support. Gambling and crisis links connect you to independent organizations. If you may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Estimates and recorded money
Banked separates estimated spending avoided from money you report moving. Estimates use your stated amount and completed days. Recorded transfers, debt payments and spending are self-reported and unverified. Banked does not hold, transfer, invest, verify, or insure money and does not connect to a financial account. A displayed amount is not an account balance.
Blocking limitations
Screen Time blocking is a commitment aid, not a guarantee. Apple controls authorization and enforcement. Banked’s suggested operator directory is a maintained starting point, not every gambling destination; apps, domains, mirrors, and regional availability change. Device settings, operating-system or browser behavior, authorization changes, or removal of the app may affect protection. Do not rely on Banked as your only barrier between you and gambling.
Subscriptions
Where offered, Premium subscriptions are billed by Apple to your Apple Account, renew automatically for the period shown before purchase, and can be managed or cancelled in Apple account settings. Trials and eligibility are controlled by Apple. Deleting Banked data or removing the app does not cancel billing.
Your circle
You control whom you invite and what you choose to share. Do not add someone without a legitimate personal reason or use Banked to harass, monitor, or pressure another person. Automatic delivery is not active until the app explicitly confirms it.
Stories and peer notes
Submit only content you have the right to share. Do not include contact information, gambling links, odds, instructions, threats, harassment, graphic material, or another person’s private information. Nothing publishes automatically. Wolf March may reject, safety-edit, limit, or remove submissions. Approved peer notes are one-way curated content, not chat; readers cannot reply, can hide an author, and can report concerns to support@wolfmarch.com.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep Banked accurate and available but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or that every independent resource will remain unchanged. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Banked is provided without guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Website use and intellectual property
This website provides company, product, and support information. Banked is in development; product descriptions and development previews may change before release. Website content, branding, and software belong to Wolf March or their respective owners. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use content in ways that infringe others’ rights. These terms supplement any applicable app license, including Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable.
Changes and contact
We may update Banked or these terms as the product and applicable requirements change. Material updates will be reflected by a new effective date and, where appropriate, notice in the app.
